For a Sweet Vegetable Smoothie Recipe, put the following ingredients in a blender: 1 sliced apple, ½ cup peeled and sliced carrots, ½ cup peeled and diced cucumber, 1 cup apple juice, ¼ cup apple sauce, 2 cups crushed ice and 1 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!

• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

• 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar

• 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple

• 2 cups grated carrots

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour.

2. In a basin, mix flour, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, and salt.

3. In an additional one bowl, whisk egg and concentrate sugar, sour milk, oil and maple sugar.

4. Using a rubber scrapper, concentrate carrots and pineapple and fold it together with the dry ingredients and mix well.

5. concentrate two mixtures. After that, pour into prepared pan.

6. Bake for 1 hour and insert a toothpick to test for doneness.

7. Remove pan from oven and leave for 15 minutes. Using a table knife, separate cake from pan.

Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 cup oatmeal

• 1 1/4 cups hot water

• 2 eggs

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 1 cup white sugar

• 1 1/2 cups flour

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1 stick softened margarine or butter

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1 cup brown sugar

• Pinch of salt

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, hot water and margarine and set aside. Add vanilla eggs and sugar.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.

3. concentrate it to the oat mixture.

4. Pour in a greased pan and bake for 30 -35 minutes in 350F oven.

For the topping:

• 1/2 cup evaporated milk

• 1/2 stick margarine or butter, softened

• 1 1/2 cups coconut

• 1 cup brown sugar

• 1/2 cup nut chopped

In a skillet, heat all ingredients under low flame and stir until combined. Spread over the cake. Under a broiler, heat again for 2 - 3 minutes. This wholesome cake formula serves A Lot of people!

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs

Homemade Yogurt Ice Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.

In a small mixing bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat together the sugar, p. Butter, flour, and eggs for a couple of minutes or until blended. Set bowl aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the brownie mix, syrup, water, canola oil, and eggs. Stir until well blended. Spread the brownie combination onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Drop the sugar combination onto the batter by the tablespoonfuls. Swirl a knife straight through the batters.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack. If desired, frost by adding 1/3 cup peanut butter and approximately 2 teaspoons of milk to a can of vanilla frosting. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.

Yield: 48 brownies

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Pudding
1 jar (7-oz) marshmallow creme
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 container (8-oz) plain yogurt
mini chocolate chips for garnish, if desired

Melt the marshmallow creme with the milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add the peanut butter and stir until smooth. Remove the combination from the heat and allow to cool. Fold in the yogurt and pour into 4 small personel dessert dishes. Chill. Garnish with the mini chocolate chips, if desired.

Yield: 2 cups or 4 1/2 cup personel servings.

Peanut Butter Bread
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 cup quick oats
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan; set aside.

In a 2-quart bowl, couple the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the peanut butter until crumbly. couple the egg, milk, and vanilla; stir into the flour combination just until moistened.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to an hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the town comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
