Recipe: Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Muffins

Yogurt Ice Cream For Dogs
Bake Time: 20-22 min. Oven Temp: 350 degrees
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup of all purpose flour
3/4 Cup of granulated sugar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
3/4 cup of semi- sweet morsels
Wet ingredients
1 Large egg
1/2 Cup of canola oil
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 Cup of vanilla yogurt
4 Ripe banana's
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree's. Use baking spray to spray muffin pan.
In a large bowl consolidate flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Stir ingredients with plastic spatula to incorporate.
In a small bowl consolidate egg, vanilla extract, oil and yogurt. Use a whisk to mix ingredients. Then consolidate wet ingredients in with dry ingredients. Use plastic folding spatula to fold in wet and dry ingredients. When batter has formed. Peel 4 banana's.
Take banana's and place in someone else bowl and smash until creamy consistency. Then consolidate banana's with batter also adding chopped walnuts and semi-sweet morsels. Continue to fold in all ingredients.
Use an ice cream scooper or a medium spoon and drop 2/3 of batter into each muffin slot.
Take muffin pan and place in town of oven rack. Once muffins are done remove muffins in 20-22 min. Or until a tooth pick is clean.
Let muffins cool for 5 min. And then serve. Muffins taste great served with ice cream.
